After reset the device please check if the default IP address 172.16.99.1 reachable or not , If you can ping this IP address you can give us you skype ID here , we will check it for you . I'm also having problems with my WGW1002G: SIM cards become undetected at times. Message reads "Undetected SIM Card". Sometimes I've seen a brief message about the registration being denied, but I couldn't capture it.
